Remote Coaching Service Overview

Thank you for your interest in my remote coaching services and for taking the time to see what I can offer. After 10+ years working professionally in the health and fitness space and playing sports nearly my whole life, I have developed a strong passion to help others build a sustainable program to accomplish their individualized goals. The programs I build are deeply personal to each individual and are created after a full assessment and understanding of where you currently stand both mentally and physically and where you want to be in the long-term. Here’s an overview of what to expect:

Initial Assessment

  1. During a 90-minute Zoom Conversation, we’ll get to know each other and discuss goals, strengths & weaknesses, sleep hygiene, nutrition and any other relevant lifestyle factors. We’ll align your current priorities and values.

  2. Understand the root cause of current challenges and if you are experiencing specific pain. Specific pain related to joint(s), body part(s), internal pain and both acute & chronic symptomatology.

  3. Address current & latest blood markers

Movement Screening

Based on location. we’ll either schedule an in-person visit, or the individual will perform a video recorded assessment that will be uploaded onto Coach RX and receive video feedback from me.

The intent of the movement screen is to evaluate your bodies current abilities, understand if change is needed, if pain is correlated with current symptoms and how to begin the initial phase of your training.

Physical Assessment

A series of physical tests will be performed to evaluate current capabilities. We want to establish a baseline of where you are today and where your program will begin.

Without knowing current abilities & capabilities, it will be very difficult to design a training program.

More about my programming:

  • This is not a program if you are you are looking to find a fast fix to your challenges and not invested in your long-term health.

  • This is a relationship centered coaching program where both the coach & the individual grow together.

  • The individual is seeking for education, they want to learn, and they want to develop personal autonomy. They are ready to commit to their personal wellbeing journey.

  • This is an individualized program. This includes a training program, nutrition coaching, zoom consultations, loom video feedback and specific lifestyle prescriptions.

  • Training will be uploaded onto the Coach RX platform. Both training inside & outside the gym is taken into consideration as well as training during travel and other changes in your life.

  • Monthly 45 minute – zoom calls. On-going conversation is the most important aspect of the entire approach.

Option 1: 6-Month Program

$575/month | 3-month upfront payment

Option 2: 12: Month Program

$515/month | 3-month upfront payment

Option 3: Upfront Annual payment

$5,500.00 /year

*Minimum starting length of contract is 6 months.
